Win a V8 Super Ute Hot Lap

Terms & Conditions:

The promoter of this competition is Stotts Engineering Pty Ltd, trading as Fluid Film, 1/13 Elwell Close, Beresfield NSW 2322. This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must purchase a minimum of one (1) Fluid Film 333g Aerosol Can from any participating Sydney Tools Store and retain proof of purchase, complete and submit the online competition entry form at www.fluidfilm.com.au/win-a-v8-super-ute-hot-lap. Entries for this competition are open for the Competition Period only. Strictly one (1) entry per person. There will be one (1) prize winner. Stotts will liaise with JVR to facilitate the Win a V8 Super Ute Hot Lap Experience, as set out above. Stotts will arrange for the JVR Merchandise pack to be sent to the winner’s nominated postal address within 30 days of the end of the Competition Period; however, timing is subject to the availability of JVR merchandise. Stotts will endeavour to secure the winners preferred size polo; however, sizing may be limited and if the winners preferred size is unavailable the next available size will be selected. Hot Lap Experiences are subject to weather conditions. Rain will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. The winner and their chosen friend must arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before their allocated time and will be required to attend a safety briefing prior to the experience and sign indemnity forms.

No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable. If the winner is unwilling or unable to accept, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. Stotts Engineering is not liable to the winners for a replacement prize or cash equivalent if the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of Stotts Engineering’s control. Stotts Engineering does not take responsibility for the cost of travel to and from the event venue and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to arrange their own travel to and from the event venue at the winner’s own expense.

Eligibility requirements:

For the winner’s safety, due to the restrictive space in the Super Ute, all passengers must meet the following criteria:

1. Be over the age of 18 years old and able to enter the car independently.
2. Be wearing long sleeve shirt and pants, plus enclosed shoes is mandatory.
3. Not be drunk, pregnant, suffering from heart related issues, spinal or skeletal conditions.
4. Be between 150 and 195 cm tall.
5. Must be no more than 130kg.
6. Must be able to be secured into the 5 point racing harness safely.

Winner selection process

• The winners will be chosen through a random draw on Wednesday 20th of November 2024.
• The winner will be notified by a Stotts representative via email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name may be published on our social media (upon discretion).
• If the winner doesn’t reply within 72 hours from the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to assign the prize to another entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Reasons for disqualification

• Entrants must retain the original proof of purchase receipt. Failure to produce the receipt if requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
• Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• If the promoter reasonably considers there has been a breach by the entrant of these terms and conditions, Stotts reserves all rights to exclude the entrant from participating in the competition or receiving any prize.

By entering this competition you:

1. Agree to receive promotional emails from Stotts Engineering trading as Fluid Film. These promotional emails include opt out options;
2. Warrant that they meet the entry eligibility requirements set out above and accept these terms and conditions; and
3. Acknowledge that personal information will be collected by Stotts Engineering. All personal information will be collected and dealt with in accordance with Stott Engineering’s Privacy Policy.
